Beyonce is Trying to say that Guys arre cheaters and if she was a boy and they were in her place they wouldn't like it. She would be a better man that's the point in the song.
I agree because not every guy is a jerk, just most of the guys but its really hard to find the one that you know wouldn't cheat on you.
